Compass Go
We would like to take this opportunity to raise awareness for a wonderful organisation called Compass Go that works closely with our school, providing support for pupils struggling with any aspect of their social or emotional well-being. They regularly lead whole-class children's workshops but also offer more specific sessions for smaller groups and individual children regarding worry management, low mood, sleep difficulties, attachment, friendships or managing strong emotions such as anger. We also have Mrs. Carlton, our Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA), who is in school every day for children to talk to if they have any worries or need a little confidence boost.
If you feel your child may benefit from either some group or individual support from Compass Go or Mrs Carlton, please speak with your child's class teacher who will be able to arrange this for you.
