Welcome, I am a pupil and member of the School Council of The Humberston Church OF England Primary School.

 

As a church school we have values that we follow and this helps us with our vision journey. I appreciate being in a church school because it makes me feel valued and helps me make good choices. 

 

Our school has a lovely environment with a big hall and a cosy library. We are lucky to have a big field. We enjoy all these with lots of equipment such an outdoor gym, trim trails and a quiet place to reflect.

 

The children and staff are very kind and caring. They are always there to help with anything not just work. We have lots of fun here and I enjoy every second of it. I am a member of The School Council, a sports leader and a Collective Worship Councillor.  There are lots of other jobs you can have around school. This is important to children as we feel we help make the school a great place.

 

At break and lunch times we enjoy fresh air, we have Wellbeing Warriors to help with feelings and activities. I really like this idea because they can help you if you would like some peace or if you would like to try something different to your normal games.

 

There are also lots of clubs and events that happen in and out of school time. I have been in the Athletic tournament and I am in the school football team. There are many more as well as these like skipping, board games, gardening and puzzle club to name a few.

There are lots of learning opportunities including trips and visits to other schools to do competitions. 

 

I really like doing all the interesting topics such as World War 2 and The Ancient Egyptians.
