Year 6 Church School's Festival
Each year, year 6 pupils visit Lincoln Cathedral, along with hundreds of other children from schools which are all part of the Lincoln Diocese.
It's always a great day, with children having the opportunity to take part in activities such as bell ringing, making Bishop's hats and chatting to Stonemasons.
The event ends with an act of worship with hymns, prayers and readings from the Bible.
Year 2 Church School's Festival
In 2016, leaders from the six church schools in North East Lincolnshire set about organising a festival for their year 2 pupils.
The first Year 2 Church School's Festival took place at Grimsby Minster in 2017, was a great success and has continued to be so every year since.
A fantastic day is always had by all, taking part in activities such as drama, singing and craft, all relating to stories from the Bible and Christian Values.
Meeting new children and staff from our local church school family and working collaboratively is always a blessing.
From this year on, the tradition has continued and is a valued part of our school calendar.
