Class 1 had a fantastic afternoon during their Castle Workshop.  They invited family members into school to take part in the experience.  The afternoon began by the children sharing what they had been doing in class.  They showed shields, jesters hats, drawbridge models and lovely writing about life in a castle.  The children then performed a tudor dance- they were fantastic and remembered all of the dance moves!  They then joined their family members and together they planned and built a castle model of their own.  The designs were all so different and well thought out.  Look at the amazing finished models in the photographs below!
