In maths we have been doing lots of subitising; trying to instantly recognise small groups of objects.

We have enjoyed playing games which give us confidence with numbers.

We worked with a partner to build shelters out of natural materials.

We shared the story 'Bog Baby' and loved creating a shelter just for him!

Our autumn art work has involved us producing our own autumn tree sketches.

We used crepe paper in autumn colours to create an autumn tree collage.

We used the techniques of cutting, tearing, scrunching and twisting to make our collages individual.

We enjoyed learning about animal life cycles and using this knowledge to order them correctly.

We have learnt about animal body parts and completed animals puzzles to reinforce our knowledge.

We challenged ourselves to match animals and their offspring correctly.

We have enjoyed our practical maths activities this term.

We have learnt how to compare numbers and select the correct comparsion symbol.

Our Vet's role play area had been very popular this term.

We created our own life-size people and labelled the body parts correctly.
