Fossils and Rocks
During Autumn Term 2 we became Palaeontologists and studied fossils and dinosaurs! We learned about different types of rocks and how they are formed, the dinosaurs that roamed the earth millions of years ago and the fossilisation process.
Excavation!
We even had a go at being archeologists when we excavated the chocolate chips from a cookie whilst learning about the techniques and tools used by archeologists unearthing fragile fossils!
